Service Philosophy


OUR SERVICE PHILOSOPHY HAS SEVERAL COMPONENTS:

Ø      Long-term, win-win relationships with our clients—We are determined to deliver exceptional service to our clients.  Long-term relationships are critical to our clients’ satisfaction and our success.

Ø      Long-term, win-win relationships with our vendors—We have selected vendors who share our desire to deliver exceptional service.  Together, FBS and these vendors form the base of the Service Triangle.

 

Ø      Year-round service to manage benefit cost and risk—Most brokers devote the majority of their time to sales.  At FBS, we devote the majority of our time to service, including claims analysis and projection, legislative updates, marketplace developments, problem resolution, and compliance support.  In addition to these services, each of our clients is set up on a quarterly cycle of service:
